1.1 About goods
We will not provide goods modification service at present, which was bought on OMINE’s site. If you need modification, please contact OMINE online customer service. In addition, the good you have modified will be not allowed to exchange.
1.2 Service about exchanging good
If there exists quality issues in the goods you purchased on this site, we can exchange goods for you. Before applying for exchanging goods, please call OMINE’s customer service center or contact online customer service. Please note:
The not up-to-grade goods you purchased on OMINE’s official site cannot be exchanged in entity stores.

1.3 How to exchange
The condition of applying for a replacement: The good itself have quality issue, and only can exchange with the same good, that is the same Art. NO., the same size, the same color.
When you exchange the good, please in accordance with the following procedures, or you may not exchange the good. Contact OMINE’s customer service, tell them what the quality issue is and provide evidence to them.
Please send back the filled commodity list (copy is also available) with the good. If the commodity list is not accompanied by, we’ll not deal with the exchange. If the commodity list was lost, please contact customer service and print it. And you have to write down your name, your membership name, your order number, your address, the reason you want to exchange good, lastly the exchange number on it. All mentioned above are required, then send it back to us. Please send back to the following address.
Please note:
a. To ensure that your goods return safely to and you can receive new good as soon as possible, we suggest that the way you send back should be besides ordinary mail.
b. You don’t need to apply for refunding and security card when you deal with exchange good, and you can contact OMINE’s customer service directly.

1.4 Service about returning good
The good bought on official site can be dealt within 7 days. Before you apply for returning good, please contact OMINE’s online service hotline.
Attention:
The good bought on official site cannot be returned in the entity stores. And the good need returning should be sent back with gift and accessories.
1.5 On the application of returning good, please according to the mall’s process to operate good returned. After the application is complicated, you should follow these procedures, or good returned may not be handled.
1. In accordance with the commodity list sent with the goods, please check and fill in the reason for return and the number.
2. Please send back the filled commodity list (copy is also available) with the good. If the commodity list is not accompanied by, we’ll not deal with the return. If the commodity list was lost, please contact customer service and print it. And you have to write down your name, your membership name, your order number, your address, the reason you want to return good, lastly the return number on it. All mentioned above are required, then send it back to us.

Please note:
To protect your rights and ensure the safe return of your merchandise and receive a refund as soon as possible, we recommend that you use EMS, or DHL to return the good.
1.6 Omine Omine’s return policy
OMINE do not provide return service as the following items:
a. Used or washed goods
b. Modified or re-processed goods
c. Product tag or a variety of packaging defects
d. You haven’t fill out the reason, the return number, and can’t return the list.
e. The date you received goods is more than 7 days.
f. Non-Omine genuine goods, no buy records, a large number of maliciously return goods.

1.7 About express distribution
Omine shop commission EMS, DHL for delivery of goods.
Please note: Omine doesn’t provide the following services.
a. Specified delivery date, time of delivery
b. The order has been confirmed, and can’t change the non-city address (if order delivery of goods is in transit, the city-wide address can not be changed). Note: If you have the need, please timely contact Omine customer contact, we will try to meet your specific requirements.
